The Greater Kansas Clean Cities Coalition works with vehicle fleets, fuel providers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to identify community-driven choices that save energy and promote the use of alternative fuels and advanced vehicle technologies in transportation.

Apprentice Coalition: The U.S. Department of Energy has recognized this apprentice coalition that has assembled an initial group of committed stakeholders and is working toward full designation.

Djessicka Saintil

Djessicka Saintil currently serves as director of the Greater Kansas Clean Cities Coalition and is the assistant program manager at Metropolitan Energy Center, where she has worked since 2023. In her role as assistant program manager, she oversees and manages multiple projects supporting transportation technologies funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and other partners. Djessicka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. She is committed to advancing transportation energy options and building strong community partnerships across Kansas.
Djessicka works in Wichita, Kansas, to promote transportation energy choices throughout the Midwest, notably in Kansas. Soon, she wishes to pursue a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. In her free time, she enjoys reading, trying out new restaurants, going on walks, and spending time with family and friends.
